• Patient volume referenced: 10 to 20 per day

• Physicals
• DOT physicals
• Hazmat physicals
• Respiratory physicals

Requirements

• Texas license
• DOT experience or DOT requirement is referenced
• Board certification required
• Minimum experience: 1 year
