Working onsite, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are committed to optimizing patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesComprehensively assess patients' needs by reviewing medical histories, performing thorough evaluations, and establishing individualized treatment plans that address functional limitations and disabilities.Implement effective treatment protocols based on assessment findings, ensuring that interventions are evidenced-based and adjusted as per the patient's progress and medical condition.Document patient encounters meticulously, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure holistic and integrated care, recognizing when to modify treatment plans based on patients' evolving health needs.Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions, contributing to facility-wide initiatives aimed at improving patient access and quality of care.Complete all required training according to corporate and clinical services standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations specific to physical therapy practice.Patient Population / Client FocusThe patient population you will serve consists primarily of individuals suffering from orthopedic injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs. Our practice is focused on providing comprehensive therapy solutions that enhance mobility and functional outcomes, making a significant impact on our patients' lives and well-being.QualificationsA Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (DPT) in Florida.Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written, to facilitate effective patient interaction and documentation.Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills related to treatment modalities.Current CPR certification to ensure readiness for any emergency situations.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
