We facilitate professional development through workshops and regular meetings aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge in physical therapy practices.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough examinations and evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.Engage in ongoing education regarding innovative treatment methodologies and implement best practices in physical therapy.Liaise with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and address patients' diverse needs.Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and therapeutic modalities following professional documentation standards.Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress towards goals in adherence to applicable laws and regulations.Foster communication with patients, educating them on their conditions, treatment processes, and ways to enhance their rehabilitation outcomes.Take part in leadership activities such as community outreach to educate the public on health-promoting lifestyles and developing programs that enhance service delivery.Contribute to team meetings and committee involvement to ensure alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our commitment to equity ensures that we strive to provide culturally competent care, tailoring interventions to meet the varied backgrounds and needs of each patient.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.Valid state license to practice Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory.Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside computer proficiency, are essential for successful documentation and patient interaction.Preferred ExperienceAt least two years of clinical experience in outpatient settings is preferred, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.Background in community outreach or educational programs is highly desirable.Compensation and BenefitsEmpower Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
