Inside Sales Supervisor — East & West Regions
Lead the Team. Create Momentum. Drive Results.
Blue Diamond Attachments is looking for two Inside Sales Supervisors — one for our East Region and one for our West Region.
We’re looking for hands-on leaders who enjoy coaching people, creating energy, organizing priorities, and turning sales goals into daily action. Each supervisor will lead a regional team that may include Inside Sales Representatives, Business Development Representatives, and other Sales Specialists.
What You’ll Do
Lead & motivate : Create positive urgency, teamwork, and accountability.
Coach & develop : Use call coaching, pipeline reviews, feedback, and recognition to help your team win.
Drive growth : Strengthen existing dealer relationships while developing new business and Parts opportunities.
Keep things moving : Make sure leads, quotes, orders, and follow-up don't fall through the cracks.
Own the numbers : Use KPIs, pipeline activity, conversion, CRM data, and revenue results to drive performance.
Work across teams : Partner with Sales, Marketing, Key Accounts, Product Support, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Desired experience includes:
4+ years of sales experience with 2+ years leading or supervising a sales team
Experience coaching inside sales, outbound prospecting, business development, or account growth
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, KPIs, conversion, and performance management
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Experience in dealer, distribution, equipment, manufacturing, or B2B sales is a plus
Both positions are on-site in Knoxville, Tennessee and report to the Inside Sales Director.
