What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Valid NBSTSA certification must be in hand to qualify; first-time travelers accepted
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric or CVOR surgical tech experience
• Strong proficiency in Labor & Delivery (L&D) procedures, sterilization, scrub techniques, High-Level Disinfection (HLD), and aseptic techniques
• Skilled in decontamination, crash cart management, scope/probe reprocessing
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment
• Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work 3x12-hour shifts with available blocked scheduling

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with high-risk pediatric cases such as Accreta/Chyst, laparoscopic ectopic procedures, cystoscopy
• Additional certifications or training in specialized pediatric cardiac surgery protocols
• Prior experience working in a labor and delivery or high-risk surgical setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent
• At least 1 year of pediatric CVOR surgical experience preferred
• Familiarity with pediatric cardiovascular procedures and equipment

Other Requirements:

• Current BLS and NBSTSA certifications
• Ability to work scheduled day shifts from 07:00 to 15:30
• No floating requirementsposition is fixed
• Willingness to adhere to facility-specific rules regarding travel and licensing
• Valid_state_license and applicable travel reimbursements are provided
