Overview
Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Travel assignment in Saratoga Springs, NY. Start date 09/14/2026 for a multi-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $1,951 to $2,050. This 3x12 night shift operates in a hospital ICU setting, with no guaranteed hours. Orientation totals 24 hours.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric ICU patients, including those who are ventilated
- Manage central/PICC lines, renal failure treatment, and blood product administration
- Monitor for dysrhythmias, interpret ECG rhythms, and support IV insulin protocols
- Operate ventilators (Servo/Hamilton) and provide care for patients requiring HFNC
- Document care in Epic and coordinate with Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Services, and Rapid Response as needed

Requirements
- NY State RN license in hand at time of submission
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Relias EKG exam due within 72 hours of signing; must pass hospital proctored rhythm identification test (facility policy: overall ≥80% and 100% accuracy for critical rhythms)
- Ability to read rhythms and manage ICU-level care; ICU experience required (minimum 3 years current ICU experience; travel experience preferred)
- Epic charting experience required
- Orientation modules must be completed prior to orientation; RN modules typically 12–15 hours; Healthstream modules must be completed by 7:00 a.m. the Wednesday prior to start
- Local radius restrictions apply: candidates with primary residence within 50 miles of the location or in listed surrounding counties may not be eligible for new contracts
- References required
