Experience life at Crippen!We are currently looking for a high-energy, ethical, and motivated Tax Manager to contribute to our growing and inspired team.Responsibilities for Tax Manager:Has mastered all criteria of Tax Senior (see Job Posting)Responsible for supervising designated staff membersServes as a liaison between Tax Staff/Tax Seniors and the PartnersAssists Tax Seniors on complex areas of workCompletes complex tax returns, tax research, and tax projectionsReviews tax returns and other tax related projectsContinues selling new services to existing clientsContinues improving relationships with existing clientsWorks on attracting new business to the FirmWorks with the Partners on in-house training programs, including CPE and other presentationsParticipates in civic events to project the firm's image and attract new businessProvides suggestions on ways to improve the FirmRequirements for Tax Manager:8+ years' experience (preferred)Bachelor's degree in accounting requiredCPA in state of practice requiredHardworking and positive attitudeAbility and willingness to learnAdaptable, assertive, and takes initiativeStrong communication and customer service skillsDesire to grow within the firmBenefits:Opportunity for growthFlexible work scheduleMedical, dental and vision plansGenerous paid time off program.Simple Plan Contribution…And more!
