Medical Lab Scientist

Ogden Regional Medical Center is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to support our Free-Standing Emergency Room (FSER) and main hospital laboratory. In this role, you will perform routine and complex testing in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood bank to deliver accurate, timely results for emergency and acute care patients. You will operate and maintain automated analyzers, follow strict quality and safety standards, and ensure regulatory compliance. Working closely with ED physicians and nurses, you’ll prioritize STAT testing, support rapid clinical decisions, and contribute to a patient-first, team-oriented culture focused on compassion, clinical excellence, and continuous learning.
