Acquisition Specialist

Work Location: In person (hybrid) Come build something real at a fast-growing tech startup, where your work on day one actually moves the business. We're looking for someone with real negotiation instinct who's ready to drive domain deals from first conversation to close. As our Acquisitions Specialist, you'll negotiate domain deals directly between buyers and sellers: negotiating price and terms, managing both sides of the conversation, and pushing transactions to close. It's simple in structure but demanding in practice. No domain acquisitions experience needed; what matters is whether you have the aptitude and disposition to hold your own in a high-stakes negotiation and see it through. What You'll Do Negotiate domain acquisitions directly with both buyers and sellers Manage each transaction from active negotiation through signed close Represent Atom professionally in high-stakes phone and email conversations Identify what each party needs and structure terms that move the deal forward Keep transactions on track and resolve sticking points as they come up Build a track record of closing difficult, high-value acquisitions What You Bring 1-3 years in sales, negotiation, acquisitions, or a similarly high-stakes role Strong negotiation instincts and the ability to hold a position under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Real drive and grit, especially when a deal gets complicated Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment No domain acquisitions background required; we're hiring for aptitude and disposition, not resume match Bonus experience in real estate acquisitions, M&A, or other transaction-based negotiation work Why You'll Like It Here Real acquisitions experience negotiating both sides of a live transaction Direct mentorship from experienced operators in the domain and branding space Exposure to high-value deals and real decision-making About Atom Atom is an AI-native premium domain marketplace helping startups and established businesses secure a strong name and build a stronger brand.
