This is a twelve‑month tenure‑track appointment. Qualifications Valid NJ Instructional Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility with Principal endorsement (#0200) or eligibility to obtain Preferred prior experience as a high school administrator Knowledge of best practices, project‑based learning, and critical thinking skills Commitment to creative teaching methods and integration of technology into the curriculum Ability to analyze data to measure student performance Knowledge of instructional best practices and behavior management Confidence and efficiency in evaluating staff and providing meaningful feedback Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with students, staff, administrators, parents, and community members Maintains high standards of student conduct and enforces discipline as per handbook and board policy Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and multitasking ability Salary Range Compensation will be determined through negotiation with the Superintendent.
