As a Business Intelligence Engineer within Hologic's Corporate Quality Management Systems (QMS) function, you'll play a key role in supporting quality data review programs across the organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. Knowledge * Deep understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms. * Strong knowledge of data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and programming languages like SQL, Python, or R. * Familiarity with corporate IT policies, data protection laws, and secure handling of sensitive information.

• Expertise in database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and how data contributes to

organizational improvement. Skills * Advanced dashboard development and data visualization skills to create user-friendly, interactive dashboards. * Proficiency in data processing, validation, and analysis to identify trends and actionable insights. * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to resolve data inconsistencies and optimize dashboard functionality. * Excellent communication skills to present findings and train stakeholders effectively. * Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities with strong organizational skills. Experience * Master’s degree with 6+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. * Proven experience in dashboard development and data visualization using tools such as Power BI or QlikView. * Strong background in data analysis and programming languages like SQL, Python, or R. * Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights. * Demonstrated ability to optimize dashboards for usability and performance while adhering to corporate IT policies. The annualized base salary range for this role is $114,000 - $178,300 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, education, business needs and market demand.
