Ultrasound Technologist

Performs a variety of sonographic examinations in the OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts area. Assists the radiologist during invasive procedures and makes a clinical judgment of the patient's condition based on information obtained from the referring physician, medical records, patient interview and personal assessments. Required Qualifications Successful completion of an ultrasound training program and education sufficient to meet eligibility requirements for the American Registry for Diagnostic Ultrasonographers (ARDMS) registry examination. National certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography within 1 year of hire. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. One year of experience as an ultrasound technologist or ultrasound intern. Compensation includes a base pay range of $53.99 to $82.86 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, overtime, standby/on‑call incentives, and bonuses.
