Pallet Recovery Service (PRS) is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. This position is responsible for supervising employees, supporting daily operations, maintaining productivity and quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and completing accurate operational reporting.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong communication, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

Schedule

Alternative Work Schedule
Wednesday – Saturday
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
40+ hours per week

This position follows an alternative work schedule, with employees working four 10-hour shifts from Wednesday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including pallet recovery and pallet repair
• Lead, support, and direct warehouse employees to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Oversee and/or operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), including forklifts and related equipment
• Train, coach, and provide direction to employees regarding job performance and safety
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or assignments as needed
• Ensure pallet repair and production quality standards are consistently met
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and workplace expectations
• Address employee concerns and help maintain a productive work environment
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment use, pallet repair, and production activity
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including production, staffing, safety, and workflow updates
• Communicate operational issues and updates to management
• Work with management to identify opportunities for improved productivity and efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with pallet repair, pallet recovery, or material handling strongly preferred
• Forklift/PIT operating experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage and direct a team
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse/distribution environment with moderate noise, moving equipment, and ongoing production activity. The supervisor is expected to remain actively involved in daily operations and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
