Job Description As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution — including some of the most impactful cases our clients will ever face. Day to day, you will: Manage litigation cases end to end, from initial client engagement and contract execution through pleadings, discovery, motions, and final resolution Investigate claims, analyze liability and damages, and build compelling litigation strategies Draft and file legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and trial briefs Conduct and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare expert witnesses Represent clients persuasively at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Review and organize medical records and supporting documentation to strengthen case arguments Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and other stakeholders Stay current on relevant case law, statutes, and procedural rules through ongoing legal research Qualifications Juris Doctor degree required Active Arizona Bar admission required 1+ years of litigation experience Solid understanding of tort law and civil litigation procedures Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills Persuasive negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a paperless, case management system environment Personal injury experience preferred Why You Will Love Working Here This is a firm where the work is real, the cases matter, and your contributions are seen.
