Job Overview: A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of plaintiff‑side litigation experience and a passion for advocating for injured clients. This role involves managing cases from intake through trial. Duties Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from pre‑litigation through trial. Conduct case evaluations and develop litigation strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands. Take and defend depositions. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers. Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials. Provide exceptional client communication and guidance. Collaborate with support staff and junior attorneys. Requirements Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona. 5-8 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff‑side preferred). Trial experience strongly preferred. Strong negotiation and litigation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
