Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney

Overview The New York, NY office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice. Responsibilities Analyze insurance coverage and prepare coverage opinions regarding first party property and general liability matters. Take depositions, attend court hearings, and draft and argue motions. Conduct strong research and writing on coverage issues. Qualifications 1 to 7 years of experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions. Litigation experience, including depositions, court hearings, drafting and arguing motions. Excellent research and writing skills. Admission to the New York Bar. Preferred experience in insurance law, but open to talented attorneys from other litigation arenas.
