Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,500 for qualified full-time PSS hires!
Applicants must be fully PSS certified at the time of hire to qualify. The bonus is paid in three installments: $500 after 60 days, $500 after 120 days, and $500 after 180 days of employment. Available to full-time hires only and forfeited if employment ends before 180 days.

Your Day as a PSS

Every day brings opportunities to connect with residents and make a meaningful difference. You'll:

• Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Help residents with everyday household and lifestyle tasks
• Assist with meal preparation and service when needed
• Answer resident call lights and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Encourage participation in activities and help residents remain engaged
• Record care provided and communicate important changes in resident status
• Treat every resident with patience, dignity, and respect

Requirements:

Qualifications

We're looking for dependable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.

• 18 years of age or older
• Must have PSS certification at hire to receive the sign-on bonus
• Individuals without certification must commit to completing PSS certification within 120 days of hire
• Proof of MMR and Varicella immunization/immunity is required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow written and verbal directions
• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a care team
