Senior Technical Project Manager

Senior Technical Project Manager with extensive finance/banking domain experience. The technology project manager, will coordinate and align multiple projects within the business group, ensure that issues and risks are managed, align schedules with testing and deployment timelines, and communicate status to stakeholders. This is a hands-on position that requires strong project management skills, client interaction skills and experience working in the financial services sector.

Must have Program and Project Management certification

Must have hands on experience with Java and majority of the following SOA Technologies in the career path: Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Business Rules and Oracle Business Process Manager (BPM)

• Manage relationships with business, IT leaders, developers, architects and other stakeholders


• Ensures successful completion of all work executed by the project team and control the activities of multiple, large scale, cross functional project teams consisting of contractors, vendors and internal staff


• Ensures compliance with the project methodologies, and EPMO processes and standards


• Creates, communicates and manages project plans and other required project documentation


• Estimating, planning, execution, and administration of multiple simultaneous projects across the full project lifecycle including strategy through implementation for moderate to high complexity and high-risk initiatives


• Independently plan, organize, and control the activities of multiple, large scale, cross functional project teams consisting of contractors, vendors and internal staff


• Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedule creation, effort and resource planning, and synthesizing of plans across multiple projects


• Be persistent and professional in pursuit of all project deliverables and documentation
