TRAVEL ICU (650) 7:00PM-7:00AM/13 WEEKS

Unit Overview Number of Beds – 20 beds Patient Population – mixed medical and surgical ICU Staff Structure Day Shift – 1 charge, 8-10 RN, 1-3 LNA, and sitter PRN Night Shift – 1 charge, 8-10 RN, 1-3 LNA, and sitter PRN Patient Ratios Varied based on acuity: ECMO 2:1, post open heart surgery 1:1, Critical ICU/devices patient 1:1, typical ICU assignment 1:2, stepdown assigned 1:3-4 Equipment IV pumps, Telemetry monitors, Hoyer/stand lifts, Impella, IABP, CRRT, bladder scanner, Bair hugger, rapid transfuser, Blanketrol, chest tubes, vein finder, Sorin retransfuser post cardiac surgery, ventilator, high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP/ CPAP EMR Sunrise Must Have Telemetry Ideally PCU or greater Preferred Experience with critical drips, vents, etc. Prior ICU experience Other Notes Every third weekend, no call Benefits Dental benefits Vision benefits Referral bonus Continuing Education Life insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthTrust Workforce Solutions
