What You’ll Get to Do
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
- Post job openings, source candidates, and manage applications from start to finish.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and find the right fit.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and community hiring events.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and help improve our hiring processes.

What You’ll Need
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Nonprofit or developmental disabilities experience is a plus.
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to meet required background and health screenings.
