About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to be the senior-most advocate for the employee and staff experience. The CHRO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for integrating strategic HR work into the organization's agenda, and ensuring that people and business strategies are aligned. This hands-on role requires a visible, onsite presence across all locations, with a focus on building trust and relationships. The successful candidate will own the full spectrum of employee and staff issues, champion cultural competency, and lead the organization's approach to employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution. They will also be tasked with overseeing HR-related standards for accreditation and preparing the organization for potential future labor organizing activities. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a progressive HR leadership background within a nonprofit healthcare setting, with a preference for experience in multi-site ambulatory systems. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in advancing cultural competency, supporting a diverse workforce, and aligning HR strategy with organizational and financial priorities.
