About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead a transformative period in its global engineering services business. This executive will be responsible for designing and executing an enterprise-wide people strategy that is in line with the company's long-term business objectives. The role involves modernizing the HR function, including processes, systems, and organizational structure, and transforming talent acquisition capabilities. The successful candidate will also lead HR technology modernization efforts, develop leadership programs, and establish performance management frameworks. A key aspect of the role is to partner with executive leadership on organizational design, change management, and succession planning. The ideal CHRO for the company will have significant experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, OEM, or related operational environments, and a proven track record in building, rebuilding, or transforming HR functions. Strong change management capabilities and deep expertise across all HR domains are essential. The role requires an individual with executive presence, a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style, and the ability to influence long-tenured leadership teams and employee populations. Experience in supporting Lean manufacturing or operational excellence environments is preferred.
