Position Details

• Role: Client Care Specialist
• Status: Full-time or part-time
• Salary: $20.00$25.00 per hour
• Schedule: Eight- or 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed
• Experience: One year of veterinary or customer service experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and patients.
• Welcome clients and provide personalized, compassionate service in person and over the phone.
• Answer client questions and communicate important information clearly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and help coordinate the hospital's daily workflow.
• Maintain accurate client accounts and patient information.
• Admit and discharge patients while providing clients with clear instructions and support.
• Work closely with the veterinary team to create a smooth and positive experience for clients and their pets.
