Senior Manager - Controls Engineering

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and performance accountability for North Cove Controls Engineering organization
- Coach and mentor engineering staff while managing department budget and headcount resources
- Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness improvements, automation reliability, and manufacturing productivity initiatives
- Establish standardized control systems architectures, engineering practices, and project execution methodologies across facilities
- Direct capital projects, equipment modernization, and automation deployments aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years controls, automation, manufacturing, or engineering experience
- Minimum 4 years technical management and leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated expertise in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial networks, and robotics
- Proven success leading capital projects and automation implementations in manufacturing
- Strong project management and multi-site engineering initiative execution capabilities
Compensation: $152,000 - $209,000 base salary annually
