About the role: Currie & Brown is looking for a HR Onboarding Assistant for our office in Princeton, NJ. The successful candidate will assist with general HR support and the onboarding of new employees. She/he will be organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated. Responsibilities will include: Support on-boarding and off-boarding. Conduct background checks using ADP Select, including ordering drug screenings, verifying education and conducting reference checks. Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of HR data like employee demographics, turnover rates, and training KPIs to generate HR reports. Support in payroll Maintain up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation for all employees in Microsoft SharePoint. Getting involved with social values such as networking with local communities' colleges, and sustainability. Supporting with other ad-hoc and miscellaneous tasks as needed. Qualifications: Some experience is preferred Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Ability to manage multiple tasks, changing workloads and priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude What you can expect: A collaborative business environment where every voice is heard and valued.
