Vicar's Landing in Sawgrass - Ponte Vedra Beach, FL seeks a results-driven sales professional to close wait-list memberships and drive move-ins. You will forecast move-ins, execute closures, and maintain regular contact with prospects and their families to ensure high occupancy and service standards.
The role requires strong sales techniques, ethical conduct per Florida requirements, and close collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
