Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $218.59/hour
• Weekly Pay Schedule: via direct deposit
• Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure/certification/reimbursements, robust referral bonus program
• Additional Compensation: Weekend beeper call ($1500/weekend), weeknight overnight call ($800), weeknight beeper ($300), callback pay at 1.5x rate, holiday premium pay available

What You'll Do

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of procedures, including OB (VBAC/TOLAC) and general cases
• Provide supervised care at Owatonna and unsupervised at Faribault
• Perform epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal, peripheral blocks, and other anesthetic procedures
• Support adult and pediatric patients across diverse departments
• Respond promptly to beeper calls within 30 minutes, with on-site accommodations provided if needed
• Collaborate with MDs and support staff to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Float between facilities as required, supporting both scheduled and emergent cases

What You Need

• Minnesota RN license and CRNA certification
• Minimum 3 years anesthesia experience
• Strong OB anesthesia skills, including TOLAC/VBAC
• Ability to handle supervised and unsupervised care models
• Comfortable with epidurals, TAP blocks, and urgent/emergency cases

• Prior experience in cardiac cases (not mandatory)
• TEE certification is not required
