Senior Scientist Pharmacokinetics

Responsibilities
- Lead design, optimization, qualification, and implementation of cell-based immunoassays for preclinical and clinical samples
- Develop and apply cellular immunology methods including intracellular cytokine staining, ELISpot, and functional assays
- Perform flow cytometry instrument maintenance, calibrations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
- Author and review SOPs, test methods, qualification documents, and technical reports
- Mentor junior scientists and colleagues, providing subject matter expertise and technical guidance
Requirements
- Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology, or related discipline; or M.S. with 2+ years industry experience; or B.S. with 5+ years experience
- Ability to work safely with infectious samples under BSL-2 laboratory practices
- Experience in regulated bioanalytical workflows, GxP documentation, assay development, and data integrity
- Strong scientific judgment, experimental design, and independent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and cross-functional audiences
- Demonstrated experience in immunology and cell-based assay development
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent studies and deliverables
