Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our clients growing accounting and finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and wants exposure to multiple areas of accounting and financial operations. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Prepare financial reports and assist with management reporting Assist with audits, tax preparation, and compliance documentation Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Help improve accounting processes and internal controls Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, payroll, and leadership teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience preferred Public accounting experience is a plus Strong understanding of GAAP principles Experience with ERP/accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience in a multi-entity or fast-growth environment is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
