Temporary position $24.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm) Handle various clerical duties from answering phones, welcoming guests and assisting other office staff, as needed. Ensure deadlines are met. Multiple trips back and forth from office to LTL/UPS daily to transact paperwork. Book orders on Commerce Hub website to establish daily pick ups. Print, sort and deliver paperwork for trucks on the main shipping docs (daily). Admin Clerk Qualifications: Preferred previous exposure to a transportation routing software (we use 3G TMS) Customer Service including answering phones Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
