Housekeeping AideResponsibilities

• Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are closelyfollowed
• Coordinate daily housekeeping services withnursing services
• Maintain an adequate supply of housekeepingsupplies
• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions
• Clean, wash and sanitize various fixtures andsurfaces throughout the facility
• Discard waste/trash into appropriatecontainers
• Ensure that work areas are clean and thatequipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Preferred

• Previous experience in long-term care
