Senior Marketing Manager, HCP Non-Personal Promotions, Prostate Cancer

Amgen seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead healthcare provider non-personal promotional strategy for its prostate cancer portfolio. The role involves developing integrated campaigns, managing cross-functional partnerships, and optimizing customer engagement across digital and media channels to support treatment decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HCP non-personal promotional strategy and annual plan for prostate cancer asset
- Design compliant, insight-led campaigns across digital, media, and other channels with clear objectives and audience strategy
- Lead customer journey mapping, segmentation, and test-and-learn optimization initiatives
- Partner across Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and other teams to coordinate integrated ecosystem experience
- Establish performance management framework and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership
Requirements
- Doctorate plus 2 years marketing/sales/commercial operations experience, or equivalent education/experience combination
- HCP and/or patient marketing experience in U.S. pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Ability to learn complex therapeutic areas and translate scientific insights into HCP promotion strategy
- Experience leading external agencies, managing budgets and workstreams under tight timelines
- Strong cross-functional leadership with medical, legal, and regulatory navigation capability
- Proficiency in converting customer and performance data into strategic insights and optimization plans
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills
