Job Title: Facilities Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and building occupants.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
• Review subcontractor proposals and contracts.
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Enter security access requests into the client's system accurately and efficiently.
• Create and manage work orders to fulfill client requirements.
• Provide administrative support for reporting requirements.
• Self-manage workload to meet deadlines effectively.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor and report on facility conditions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of facility procedures.

• 2+ years experience in an administrative or operational role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to business requirements.
• Experience in entering security access requests for subcontractors and new onboarding employees.
• Ability to enter work order requests on behalf of customers.
• Demonstrated history of providing outstanding customer service.
• Experience reviewing subcontractor quotes and raising purchase orders.

This position is located on-site with free parking available for employees. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwich, CT.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
