Welcome guests with genuine warmth and curiosity -- understanding what they need before presenting what we have Guide guests through the lineup with growing product knowledge -- connecting the brand's story to what matters most to each individual buyer Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real, memorable experience Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores
