Abricu is seeking a Board Liaison & Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO and Senior Management. You will prepare Board materials, draft minutes, and manage master records while coordinating meetings and distribution of reports. Responsibilities include liaising with committees, arranging travel reimbursements, updating policy manuals, and supporting HR and training efforts.
