Geriatric Clinical Pharmacist - Senior Care Team

Kintegra Health's Senior TLC program seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide oversight and advisement on pharmaceutical treatment for Senior TLC participants. You will report to the Senior TLC Medical Director and collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers to optimize therapy for geriatric patients.
