Description:

• Supports end users of the Electronic Health Record (EHR), including but not limited to Homecare Homebase (HCHB), Forcura/Mosai, and all EHR supported applications.
• Able to provide back office and field support remotely and in-person as needed.
• Able to travel if needed.
• Able to instruct use of EHR to help end users provide patient care.
• Able to develop education materials such as workflow and tips.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and act as a liaison between the end user and the external and internal EHR support team.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to interact with all levels of management.
• Able to assist with on-call duties as assigned.

EHR experience, HCHB experience required. High School Diploma or equivalent. Five (5+) years of related experience. Home Health or Hospice experience is preferred.
