HRFP is seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter individual to be a part of our Managed Support Services Department. We are providing the opportunity to work hands-on with the SAP SuccessFactors HCM application at multiple customer installations coordinating business processes, payrolls, and downstream business applications. We are asking that you be willing and open to learning as much as possible as quickly as possible. The one thing we promise is that the more you are willing to put into this endeavor, the more you will learn, and faster you will become a truly valuable contributing member of our fast-growing organization!
Job Responsibilities
The Customer Success Associate job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Address Customer tickets and requests in a timely manner
Review and troubleshoot errors; coordinate with the client(s) where master data correction is needed
Assist with data imports/exports
Coordinate payroll approvals with the client(s)
Assist with payroll processing and posting
Assist with Statutory Reporting
Coordinate transmission of forms with client(s)
Coordinate meetings with clients and other HRFP resources as needed
Create “How-To” Documentation for tasks and processes
Manage client requests via a ticketing portal and coordinate with technicians to resolve each ticket
Perform time and performance reporting
Perform analytics on ticket statistics to ensure we are maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Other administrative duties as needed

10am-7pm CST
Monday - Friday

Required Qualifications
Excellent English language, oral, and written communication skills
US Citizenship or authorization to work in the United States
