Eligibility Coordinator

The Eligibility Coordinator is responsible for client intake and eligibility determination for programs and financial assistance. The primary responsibility will be processing utility assistance mail in applications and processing walk in applications. This will include data entry of clients information into multiple systems and processing applications. - Using a dual monitor, enter scanned application information into two different databases - 1 state database and 1 internal database. The application includes bio information, PII, income, pay stubs, utility bill, household data, etc. This information determines eligibility and enrollment -Complete internal documents confirming application entry and saving to client's electronic file -Contact client's regarding missing or unclear information on the application via phone -Mail final notifications to clients - collaborate with the clients departments, programs, and services to ensure customer needs are met - Attend staff meeting and provide insight and feedback

Entry Level

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
