The Cancer Diagnostics division was established through Abbott's acquisition of Exact Sciences in March 2026, bringing together Abbott's global diagnostics infrastructure with Exact Sciences' cancer screening and diagnostics expertise to advance early cancer detection and improve patient outcomes.What You’ll Work OnPrepare and analyze HR metrics, including onboarding, service milestones, and engagement data, to support business decisions and employee experience priorities.Partner with BHR to translate data and project insights into recommendations that drive engagement, continuous improvement, and sustainable outcomes.Support annual HR processes, including goal setting, talent management, performance assessment, rewards planning, and manager follow-up.Contribute to HR projects, including job description maintenance, career paths, employee data management, implementation reviews, presentations, and reports.Apply HR practices and tools that advance business priorities, strengthen employee engagement, and support positive employee relations.Ensure compliance with company policies and exercise sound judgment in recommending actions with general direction.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degreeMinimum of 3 years of experience in human resources such as generalist or HR specialist roles (e.g., HR project management, performance management, compensation, training/learning, employee relations, recruiting, service center, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite requiredWorkday or similar experience with another HRIS system requiredExperience managing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguityDemonstrated ability to take appropriate decisions, communicate effectively and focus on continuous improvement outcomesExperience working in matrix environments and successfully delivering results through collaborationExperience with data analytics and translating quantitative and qualitative data into meaningful and actionable informationThe base pay for this position is $90,000.00 – $180,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY:HR ConsultantDIVISION:CHR Corporate Human ResourcesLOCATION:United States > Redwood City : 501 Galveston DrADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:WORK SHIFT:StandardTRAVEL:Yes, 10 % of the TimeMEDICAL SURVEILLANCE:NoSIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES:Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day), Keyboard use (greater or equal to 50% of the workday), Work in noisy environmentAbbott is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities/Women/Individuals with Disabilities/Protected Veterans.EEO is the Law link - English: is the Law link - Espanol:
