Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Life Assure Healthcare, your core responsibilities will involve:

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples, offering strategies to improve their relationship dynamics.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions to address personal challenges and emotional concerns.

• Assessing and planning treatment for a variety of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency
\n
• Experiences of physical or psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss processes
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry
\n
• Interpersonal cut-offs and estrangements
\n
• Job-related stressors affecting family dynamics

• Medical health challenges impacting mental well-being
\n
• Blended family adjustments and remarriage challenges
\n
• Navigating separation and divorce, including coping strategies for affected family members
\n
• Conflicts between mothers and daughters
\n
• Enhancing communication skills within families
\n

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and treatment consistency.

• Utilizing innovative teletherapy technologies and platforms to enhance patient engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.

• An active license to practice therapy within the state of Virginia.
