This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, team development, and portfolio-wide consistency across approximately 4,500 units.This position is ideal for a strategic and hands-on operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands multifamily operations at scale, and enjoys building high-performing teams and systems.WHAT YOU’LL DOOversee operational performance across a diverse multifamily portfolio totaling approximately 4,500 unitsLead and support Regional Managers and corporate department leaders across operations, facilities, compliance, HR, marketing, and ITReview property financials, operational KPIs, occupancy trends, and NOI performance across the portfolioDrive revenue optimization initiatives, leasing strategy discussions, and operational consistency company-wideOversee annual budgeting processes and monitor budget variance reportingConduct regular operational reviews and collaborate with Regional Managers to improve asset performanceSupport hiring, onboarding, and leadership development for onsite and regional teamsEnsure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and property management standardsMaintain oversight of property management software administration, training, and user managementCoordinate portfolio-wide operational calls and leadership meetingsReview delinquency, collections, and recertification reporting to support strong financial performanceAssist with bonus program development and operational incentive structuresTravel to properties as needed to support operations, training, audits, and performance initiativesWHY YOU MATTERThis role plays a critical leadership function across the organization.
