The role involves observing residents during and after medication passes, monitoring symptoms, reporting refusals or concerns promptly, completing narcotic counts, and maintaining clean, organized medication carts and rooms. Adherence to infection control and safety standards is essential to prevent medication errors, identify health changes early, and safeguard resident safety.
