Pay range:
Salary $174,907.00 - $279,843.00
Our current Director of Medical Surgical Nursing has been selected as Overlake's next Chief Nursing Officer. This has created an opportunity for a proven nursing leader to become our next Nursing Director. If selected, you'll provide clinical and inspirational leadership for the following departments:
- General Surgery & Bariatrics
- Orthopedic & Spine Surgery
- Extended Recovery Unit
- Medical Unit
- Renal Dialysis
- Clinical Education & Nursing Professional Development
We're searching for a leader who can sustain the culture of high engagement that these departments are known for. A commitment to quality outcomes and operational excellence are also essential.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field required. Master's degree in Nursing or related field strongly preferred.
Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington required.
Experience: Minimum five years of related acute care management experience is required. Also requires a minimum of three years clinical nursing experience.
