What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and changing HVAC filters to ensure optimal operation.
• Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore full water fixture functionality.
• Fix damaged electrical wiring caused by shorts or severed lines to maintain safety and compliance.
• Paint the building when paint fades or chips to uphold a professional and welcoming environment.
• Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good condition to support efficient work processes.

• Ability to perform basic maintenance and repair tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills to keep tools and work areas tidy and functional.
