This will be a seasonal part-time role to include 10-15 shifts throughout the season and potential playoffs, as well as occasional sponsored events. Below are the dates the promotion assistant will need to be available:

Sun. Oct. 25, Wed. Dec. 16, Wed. Jan 20, Fri. Jan. 29, Sun. Feb. 7, Thu. Feb. 18, Fri. Feb. 26, Sun. Feb. 28, Sun. Mar. 14, Fri. Mar. 26, Sun. Mar. 28, Sun. Apr. 11. The schedule is subject to change. Potential playoff dates will be added as announced.

1. Set-up and tear down game night giveaways.
2. Bring excitement to game nights and external events through a positive attitude.
3. Participate in excellent customer service and fan engagement.
4. A commitment to being present during game night giveaways.

1. Strong written and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
3. Comfortable performing on a team as well as work sufficiently independently.
4. Ability to follow direction in a high-energy environment.
5. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
6. Excellent attention to detail.

Supervisory Responsibility, if any: This position does not have supervisory responsibility

Compensation & Benefits:

• Part Time Hourly rate: $17/hour
• Additional perks/benefits include free parking

Travel: Position may require travel to external events.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. Game night shifts are usually 2 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Staff may be asked to work external events including but not limited to: player or community appearances, or charity and networking events. Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps. Physical Demands Work is generally sedentary in nature. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment. Staff will occasionally ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff will frequently move boxes of merchandise and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
