You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop solutions that enhance business operations. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to the success of our clients and the firm's overall business strategies.Responsibilities- Analyzing complex operational challenges within the health services sector to develop strategic solutions- Managing client support workstreams and delivering operational excellence in grant administration- Utilizing business data analytics to enhance operational processes and drive business transformation- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights for process optimization- Implementing quality standards and operational strategies to improve business performance metrics- Leading change management initiatives to support business transformation and operational effectiveness- Conducting market research to inform operations strategy and support provider business operations- Planning and managing project resources to achieve operational goals and objectives- Facilitating process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations management- Collaborating with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in operations supportWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business data analytics skills- Utilizing operations management and process optimization techniques- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and communication- Embracing change and intellectual curiosity in dynamic environments- Applying management consulting and business transformation strategiesTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
