Pay: $20 - $22/hour

About the Opportunity

A leading financial services organization is seeking an Account Associate to join its client support team. This position serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal business partners, helping manage account-related activities, reporting, document review, and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Support assigned client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Perform account setup, maintenance, and ongoing administrative support.
• Generate, review, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Utilize Excel functions including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to compile and summarize data.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established requirements.
• Research and resolve client questions and account-related issues.
• Prepare confidential correspondence and business documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service, account support, administrative, or financial services experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree with relevant internship or professional experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, banking, lending, or mortgage operations.
• Exposure to document review, account management, or client relationship support.
• Proficiency with Excel reporting, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
