Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Maintain required state Licenses (Life, Property, Casualty, and Health) Assist customers in the completion of policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Salespersons personality and training. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Ask questions that broaden understanding and create "We Care Relationships". Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Absolutely must have dynamic personality and drive. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A decision maker by training and desire.
