(Both Contract & Direct Hire) As a full desk recruiter, you will have the opportunity and support both the Direct Hire and the Temp side of the house through recruiting and business development. On-board and manage high-volume temp employee base Source, interview, process e-documents and on-board new contractors. Coordinate maintenance of ATS, create employee profiles and assign them to open positions. On-site check-ins, facility tours and accident/incident investigations Report daily sales & recruiting activities into CRM LinkedIn networking Attending industry networking events We value our employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package including a base salary, commissions, generous PTO, retirement plan, medical/dental/vision, and cell phone and expense reimbursement.
